About Matrix Wellness

Matrix Wellness is an integrated recovery and longevity sanctuary in Santacruz, Mumbai, founded by Tiger and Krishna Shroff. We are opening soon and building a founding front-of-house team to deliver a premium, high-touch guest experience.

The Role

You are the face of Matrix Wellness. You own the front desk and the first impression: greeting guests, managing bookings, and keeping the reception experience calm, warm and seamless. This is a rotating-shift role so the desk stays covered through the day.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests, and set a warm, premium tone from the moment they arrive.
• Manage the booking calendar and coordinate with therapists on scheduling.
• Handle CRM software and manage all front desk responsibilities.
• Handle phone, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Guide guests through therapies and answer questions about their visit.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Keep the front area presentable and stocked, and support smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Warm, articulate and well-presented, with excellent spoken English and Hindi.
• Prior experience in front desk, hospitality or guest services, ideally in a premium environment (spa, salon, hotel, gym or clinic).
• Reliable, organised, and attentive to detail.
• Happy to work on a rotating shift, including weekends.
• Based in Mumbai and able to commute to Santacruz West daily.
