What you become a part of:

The incumbent will lead the group-wide reporting automation across all functions within the group with a view offer excellent analytical, business intelligence support.

What to expect:

• Design, develop and deploy PowerBI dashboards and interactive visual reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective PowerBI solutions.
• Datawarehouse Management: Maintaining SQL jobs and creating new SSIS package as per data requirement from ERP
• Conduct ETL using Power Query to clean, transform, and load data from various sources
• Create data models, establish relationships, and write DAX measures and calculated columns.
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Integrate PowerBI with various data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, cloud platforms, and APIs
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage access permissions in Power BI Service.
• Creating workspaces and publishing PowerBI desktop file to PowerBI services
• Adding and monitoring data schedule refresh and providing access to stakeholders
• Provide support for Power BI-related issues, enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Stay up to date with Power BI updates and features to leverage new capabilities.

Essential qualifications & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with PowerBI in a professional setting.

Desired skills & attributes:

• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and PowerBI Service.
• Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehouse concepts.
• Good understanding and knowledge of SQL server and database management.
• Knowledge of connecting to different data sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc.).
• Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory) preferred.
• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis preferred.
• Aptitude for understanding business requirements and translating them into PowerBI deliverables.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
