Overview
In this leadership role, you will unify Marketing, Sales and Customer Partnerships to create a repeatable, enterprise GTM engine for Sensat's geospatial AI solutions. You’ll shape US expansion, align teams around the customer journey, and drive commercial discipline with data-driven decision making. You’ll coach leaders and build scalable processes that reduce founder dependency while delivering measurable ARR growth and customer value.

- Establish strong feedback loops between customers, GTM, Product and Engineering
- Shape the US growth strategy and enable regular travel as expansion occurs
- Experience leading enterprise B2B go-to-market teams across Marketing, Sales and Customer Partnerships
- Track record scaling enterprise software from ~5m ARR to 20m+ ARR
- Experience selling to large, complex or highly regulated organisations
- Proven ability to scale and improve commercial functions
- Strong enterprise sales experience with complex buying journeys
- Experience improving customer retention, expansion and long-term value
- Experience driving HubSpot adoption and modern GTM technology
- Hands-on use of AI and automation to boost commercial performance
- Coaching mindset to develop high-performing teams
- Exposure to international growth, ideally US expansion
