Overview
As Director of Brand Management (E-concessions) you will lead a 550-brand portfolio with a 20+ Brand Manager team across multiple regions. You drive partner growth, supply expansion and price competitiveness while representing brands internally and managing high-level external conversations. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape growth strategy, forecasting, and assortment opportunities, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
This role offers the chance to launch a new consignment model and influence a high-impact brand agenda.

- Lead and manage a global team of 20+ Brand Managers across London, Porto, and Sao Paulo
- Oversee sales performance, supply growth and parity with Brands .com for 550 brands under an e-concession model
- Act as the primary voice for Brands in internal reviews and as escalation point for brand initiatives
- Conduct and lead commercial talks with top fashion and luxury brands, including business reviews with senior partners
- Coordinate with Business Development to onboard new brands and align growth objectives
- Supervise sales forecasting and merchandising recommendations with the Analytics team
- Oversee rollout of a Europe/UK consignment model, including pricing strategy and marketing support
- Co-lead cross-functional projects with departments like Private Clients, Marketing, Pricing, and Regional expansion
- Influence supply management to explore operating models beyond the traditional 3P e-concession (1P, 2P)
- Strong people leadership experience managing distributed teams
- Proven track record in sales growth, supply expansion and price competitiveness
- Experience leading high-level brand negotiations and strategic discussions with directors or above
- Ability to align cross-functional teams around growth strategy and brand priorities
- Data-driven decision making and ability to translate insights into actionable plans
