Overview

As a Proposal Writer in Medpace’s Proposal and Feasibility team in London, you shape compelling bidder narratives that balance science, operations, and finance. You will collaborate with operations and business development to craft proposals for new pharma business, guiding content strategy and timelines. You’ll translate SME input into clear proposals and may integrate data visuals to support bids.

• Lead proposal planning meetings to align on client needs and strategy
• Recommend study approaches based on experience for winning bids
• Foster cross-disciplinary input from SMEs to enrich proposal text
• Set timelines, deliverables and hold stakeholders accountable
• Extract and consolidate SME content into coherent proposal narratives
• Incorporate relevant data visualizations into documents
• Analyze RFP/RFI documents to understand requirements and identify gaps
• Draft standard proposal documents per sponsor requirements and timelines
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement changes
• Define action plans and ensure alignment with client needs and business strategies
• Perform quality control/peer review and support finalization and distribution of documents to clients and internal teams

• PhD in life science field
