Senior Creative Strategist, Live Content Lead (EU), Twitch Brand Partnership Studio (BPS)

Overview

As the EU owner of Twitch’s Live Content verticals (Sports, Music, Entertainment) you will shape creative strategy and programming across EU5 markets. You’ll build and commercialise original live formats through partnerships with internal teams (Prime Video, Amazon Music) and external content partners, aligning with advertiser demand via Amazon Ads. You’ll drive scalable live content programmes while tailoring programmes to local markets and cultural moments.

This role combines business development, creative vision, and partnerships to elevate Twitch live experiences in Europe.

• Own Live Content Verticals across EU, setting creative vision and operational framework for Sports, Music, and Entertainment
• Lead Internal Partnerships with Prime Video Sports and Amazon Music to leverage rights and catalogs
• Develop External Partnerships with leagues, labels, promoters, and rights holders to structure monetisable deals
• Create Original Programming including creator-led formats and live music experiences with EU-market slates
• Innovate on interactive, revenue-generating formats for Amazon Ads
• Drive Commercialisation in collaboration with EU Go-To-Market and Sales teams to package and price live opportunities
• Manage Execution & Localisation to scale processes while enabling market adaptations across EU5

• 8+ years in content strategy, creative programming, business development, or partnerships in sports, music, or entertainment
• Proven track record of developing and commercialising original content or live experiences at scale
• Understanding of Twitch/livestreaming ecosystem, creator culture, and interactive formats
• Experience negotiating content partnerships or licensing deals with external rights holders and brands
• Basic design tool familiarity: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
• Knowledge of European sports, music, and entertainment landscape across EU5
