Overview

In this role you will lead data-driven social and content strategies for a global technology client, guiding campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. You will partner with creative teams, account leaders, and clients to shape content, engagement, and measurement, while translating insights into compelling recommendations. You’ll work within Burson’s Corporate Sectors and Public Affairs teams to protect and advance client reputation through innovative social formats and ongoing initiatives.

This position offers cross-functional collaboration, global scope, and a chance to influence strategy and creative direction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven social and digital engagement strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs
  • Lead platform planning for large campaigns and always-on initiatives with defined channel ecosystems and targeting
  • Translate performance data and sentiment into actionable strategic recommendations for creative development and future planning
  • Present complex strategies and insights to internal stakeholders and clients with clear, confident communication
  • Leverage tools to anticipate threats and inform strategic pivots that build reputation and competitive advantage
  • Monitor evolving social trends and audience behavior to identify opportunities and maintain Burson ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with creative teams to guide concept development and ensure messaging is relevant and engaging
  • Create content briefs for design and editing teams, manage editorial calendars across regions for a global LinkedIn page
  • Manage client communications, lead content development workstreams, and coordinate calendars and WIPs
Key requirements
