Equities Technology Relationship Manager

Overview

In this role you will serve as the primary technology partner to Equity Portfolio Managers and analysts, helping to align tools with research, portfolio construction, and risk management. You will lead end-to-end onboarding of new equity investment teams and translate day-one requirements into clear tech needs. You will maintain accurate user profiles and track open items, owners, and milestones while coordinating with Business Management, Operations, Trading, and Data.

You will ensure strong support through proactive communication, timely escalation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports Millennium’s mission by enabling efficient, scalable tech for equity investing.

• Serve as the primary technology partner for Equity Portfolio Managers and analysts
• Lead onboarding of new equity investment teams from candidate stage to setup
• Capture day-one requirements and ongoing technology/AI needs
• Maintain technology user profiles and log items, owners, dependencies, and target dates
• Coordinate with Business Management, Operations, Trading, and Data to align delivery, expectations, and risks
• Provide responsive engagement and clear communication to investment professionals, with timely escalation when needed

• 5+ years in a client-facing role (relationship management, technical account management, product management, or project management)
• Experience in financial services working with equity investment professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior investment professionals and engineering leads
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Strong understanding of equity investing workflows and the tools that support them
• Strong analytical skills to translate needs into actionable technical requirements
