We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a Senior Functional Analyst.

Your mission will be

• Design and model application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs;
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of PBI documentation, functional wikis, and functional designs while supporting project assessments and execution plans;
• Work closely with Business Units, Change teams, developers, testers, and stakeholders, integrating Scrum teams and bridging business requirements with technical delivery.

You will need

• +3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst;
• Strong knowledge in solution design, functional documentation (Jira or Azure DevOps), acceptance criteria definition, and Agile methodologies;
• Proven experience in BPML or UML
• Proven experience in aligning developers and testers within Scrum teams, team management, and business requirements analysis;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex processes in a simple and structured way;
• CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Would be awesome if you have:

• Previous experience in Agile environments;
• English proficiency (B2 or above).
