Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Digital Sculpting with Blender + 3D Printing Experience Product Designer/Engineer/3D Artist in the healthcare domain. The role involves creating detailed 3D digital sculpts using Blender software for patient-specific and ergonomic healthcare products.

You will translate clinical and design requirements into manufacturable 3D models, prepare files for 3D printing, and iterate designs based on feedback from clinicians and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with rehabilitation specialists to understand functional needs, refining surface geometry and fit, performing test prints, and documenting design versions and parameters. You will also support basic post-processing guidelines for printed parts, contribute to design reviews, and help maintain a high standard of accuracy, safety, and usability in all deliverables.

Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret clinical requirements, evaluate design constraints, and optimize 3D models for function, fit, and printability. Effective communication skills to collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and cross-functional teams, and to clearly present design concepts and rationale. Experience contributing to digital strategy in a product or healthcare context, including use of digital tools and workflows for design, version control, and documentation.

Proficiency in project management practices such as planning tasks, tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with digital marketing principles to support visual assets, product presentations, or educational materials related to the designed solutions. Hands-on expertise with Blender (or comparable 3D sculpting tools), 3D CAD software, and preparing models for 3D printing (supports, tolerances, file formats).

Experience with 3D printing technologies (e.g., FDM, SLA), materials selection, and basic understanding of post-processing and quality checks. Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Design, 3D Art, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple design iterations, and maintain a detail-oriented, user-centered approach to healthcare product development.
