The role

We're hiring experienced field sales reps, each owning one vertical:

• Salons, spas & beauty parlours
• Restaurants & cafés
• Gyms, dental clinics, physiotherapy & wellness centres

You'll visit local businesses in your vertical, demo our product on your phone (2 minutes), and onboard interested owners on the spot using our rep app (about 10 minutes). Then you build relationships and generate referrals within your trade.

What we're looking for

• 2 or less years in field sales, ideally to local businesses or SMBs
• A track record of closing you can talk about
• Comfortable walking into a shop cold and leaving with a signature
• Existing relationships in salons / restaurants / healthcare or fitness are a strong plus
• Based in Delhi, own two-wheeler, fluent Hindi and other regional languages + conversational English
• Self-driven , you'll own your vertical with no daily supervision

What we pay

• ₹500 per shop, every month, for as long as that shop stays with us
• 20 shops → ₹10,000/month. 50 shops → ₹25,000/month. 100 shops → ₹50,000/month.
• No cap. Your income compounds as your book grows, you keep earning from shops you signed months ago.
• Commission begins once a shop pays its first invoice.

Straight talk: this is commission-only , no fixed salary. We know that's a real ask for someone experienced, so here's the honest trade , you're not getting a one-time bounty, you're building recurring monthly income that grows on its own. If you back yourself and want uncapped earnings, this suits you. If you need a guaranteed base, this isn't the role, and we'd rather you know now.
