Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) Intern to CXO (Fast-Track to Chief of Staff)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
Duration: 6 Months (Internship to Full-Time Conversion) Stipend: βΉ10,000 per month Full-Time
Conversion: Fixed cash salary of βΉ18,000 per month upon full-time conversion, with very high growth year-on-year based on performance. Look further only if you are an execution machine, a rapid learner, and an aspiring business leader.

Key Responsibilities: -
As the EA to a CXO, your mandate is simple: make the CXOβs life easier and maximize their efficiency. You will handle everything from high-level strategic projects to daily operational tasks, including:
β Strategic Support: Assist in new business initiatives, market research, data analysis, and documentation.
β Corporate Governance: Draft company policies, prepare executive presentations, and handle structured documentation.
β Executive Branding: Manage the CXOβs professional LinkedIn account, ghostwrite thought-leadership content, and manage engagement.
β Operations & Coordination: Own the CXOβs calendar, prioritize emails, schedule high-stake meetings, and ensure seamless daily workflows.
β Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between the CXO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring flawless execution of delegated tasks.
β Ad-hoc Execution: Take on any and every task delegated by the CXO with a problem-solving mindset. Requirements & Persona:

β Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
β Setup: Comfortable and productive in a Remote/Hybrid work environment.
