Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bengaluru. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns.

Daily tasks include organizing and managing media assets, refining cuts, adding transitions, audio, graphics, and basic motion elements to align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. The role involves collaborating closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand briefs, propose visual concepts, and adapt edits based on feedback and performance insights. The Video Editor will also support video production planning, maintain consistent visual standards across projects, and stay current with industry trends, tools, and formats.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including assembling footage, trimming, sequencing, and storytelling for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood alignment, and high production value across content.
  • Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance narratives, highlight key messages, and support brand identity.
  • Experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve; After Effects or similar for motion graphics).
  • Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, export settings, and best practices for social media and web video.
  • Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to work from briefs and style guides under deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a portfolio or showreel is required.
