Job Description
Role: Associate Project Manager
Location: Remote/Must be local to Maharashtra and open to Travel to Navi Mumbai when business requires

Experience
3+ years of experience as an Associate Project Manager or equivalent.
Experience in a Professional Services or Managed Services environment is mandatory.
Must have managed external customer-facing projects (not internal operational projects).
Basic understanding of Networking is required.
Candidates must be based in Maharashtra (MH) and willing to travel to Navi Mumbai as required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large, complex projects with multiple workstreams.
Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), including dependencies and critical paths.
Develop and execute effective internal and external communication plans.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
Create and maintain project resource plans to ensure effective allocation across multiple projects.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to improve execution efficiency.
Implement engagement reviews and quality assurance processes.
Ensure projects are delivered successfully, profitably, and within agreed timelines.
Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change requests proactively.
Track and manage project financials, including:
Revenue
Margins
Bill Rates
Utilization
Budget adherence
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project deliverables.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Project Management principles.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills.
Experience with project scheduling and planning.
Excellent documentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Experience with project management software.
