Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an English Language Instructor based in Hyderabad. The instructor will plan and deliver engaging English language lessons, including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking activities. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and materials, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback.

The instructor will support learners at different proficiency levels, maintain classroom discipline, and participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and curriculum development as needed. The role also involves tracking student progress, communicating with parents or guardians when appropriate, and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Teaching skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Education and Writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; advanced certifications in English language teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an advantage.
• Previous experience teaching English in a classroom or structured educational setting, preferably with diverse age groups or proficiency levels.
• Excellent spoken and written English, clear classroom communication, and the ability to explain concepts in an accessible manner.
• Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to use teaching aids and technology effectively.
• Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching, professional ethics, and continuous skill development.
