Exp: 5- 8 years in construction of residential apartments in Bangalore(candidate should have worked for more than G+10 floors residential projects )

1. Ensure the work done as per design drawing and specification

∙To monitor and inspect the site activities

∙Ensure the all inhouse test carried out as per inspection and plan

2. Site laboratory control and Management

∙Ensure all the inhouse test carried out as per inspection and test plan

∙Developing and implementing the work and test procedure for various activities

∙Inspection all inward materials as per standards

3. Documentation as per standards

∙Ensure the documents for all site activities

∙Ensure the documents for safety

∙To maintain the test reports for inhouse and third party

4. Quality Reports

∙Daily quality and safety track reports

∙Ensure weekly and monthly quality and safety management reports
