About RetronAI

RetronAI is building an AI-powered platform that helps people create and update software using natural language.

We are looking for a strong Motion Designer who can turn complex product capabilities into polished, engaging videos.

This is not primarily a social media graphic design role. The core responsibility is creating high-quality product launch videos, feature announcement videos, product demos, marketing films, and motion-led campaigns for a modern SaaS and AI brand.

What you will work on

• Product launch and brand announcement videos
• Feature launch and product update videos
• SaaS product demos and UI walkthroughs
• Promotional and performance marketing videos
• Animated product interfaces and UI sequences
• Explainer videos that simplify technical concepts
• Motion content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and paid campaigns
• Video editing, transitions, typography, pacing, music, and sound design
• Storyboards, visual concepts, and creative directions for new campaigns

You will work closely with the founder to define how RetronAI looks, moves, and communicates as a brand.

What we are looking for

• A strong motion design portfolio with polished commercial work
• Demonstrated experience creating product videos, launch films, explainers, or technology marketing videos
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Strong video editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or a similar tool
• Excellent understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, composition, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to animate product interfaces and create convincing UI-based motion
• Ability to take a project from concept and storyboard through animation and final delivery
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality
• Ability to work independently and respond well to creative feedback

Good to have

• Experience working with SaaS, software, AI, or technology companies
• Experience creating videos for product launches or feature announcements
• Basic proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Experience with sound design, 3D animation, or Cinema 4D
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Veo, Flow, Runway, Midjourney, Kling, or similar
