Account Executive

Location: Jakkur, Bengaluru

At The Shri Ram Universal School, Jakkur, we believe operational excellence is essential to delivering an exceptional educational experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive who can efficiently manage school fee administration, parent communication, and ERP operations while providing excellent service to our parent community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage student fee collection, reconciliation, and accounting.
• Monitor outstanding dues and ensure timely follow-up with parents.
• Handle transport fee billing, collection, reconciliation, and related records.
• Maintain accurate financial records pertaining to student admissions and fee payments.
• Generate fee reports, MIS, and payment summaries for school leadership.
• Operate and maintain the Shri Connect ERP, ensuring accurate student financial data and timely updates.
• Assist parents with fee-related queries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate with the Admissions, Transport, and Administrative teams for smooth financial operations.
• Prepare receipts, payment confirmations, and financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with school financial policies and internal processes.
• Support audits and maintain organized financial records.
• Build positive and professional relationships with parents while maintaining confidentiality.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounts, preferably in a school or educational institution.
• Experience working with ERP systems (school ERP experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
