About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow our strategic staffing partnership with Infosys. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and acting as the primary point of contact between Infosys stakeholders and internal recruiting teams.
The role demands a deep understanding of the US IT staffing industry, vendor management processes, MSP/VMS engagement models, and the ability to identify new opportunities within the Infosys ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Infosys hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor management stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across Infosys business units.
- Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings to understand hiring priorities and staffing challenges.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
Business Development & Account Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing Infosys accounts and business units.
- Drive revenue growth through increased requisition flow, consultant placements, and strategic account penetration.
- Develop account plans and growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Negotiate rates, contract terms, and staffing agreements where applicable.
Delivery Management
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Monitor open requisitions, submission quality, interview ratios, and placement metrics.
- Track delivery performance and continuously improve turnaround times.
- Escalate and resolve delivery, compliance, or operational issues proactively.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a bridge between Infosys stakeholders, recruiting teams, sales leadership, and operations.
- Conduct requirement intake calls and communicate hiring expectations to recruiters.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding, and consultant engagement activities.
Compliance & Process Management
- Ensure adherence to client-specific compliance requirements, onboarding processes, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate records within ATS, CRM, and reporting systems.
- Stay updated on US staffing market trends, labor regulations, and client policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in US IT Staffing, Account Management, Client Services, or Sales.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts, preferably Infosys.
- Strong understanding of MSP, VMS, SOW, and direct staffing models.
- Experience working with US-based clients and offshore recruitment teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Existing relationships within Infosys staffing/vendor management teams.
- Knowledge of IT skill domains including Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, ERP, SAP, and Enterprise Applications.
- Experience using ATS/CRM platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
