Senior Technical Sales Engineer | CE • ATEX • 3-A Certified Process Equipment

Base Engineering is one of India's leading manufacturers of Round Vibratory Separators (Vibro Sifters) for the Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical, Minerals, Ceramics and Process Industries.

Our products are CE Certified, ATEX Certified and 3-A Sanitary Certified, competing with leading international brands and exported to customers worldwide.

We are looking for an ambitious Technical Sales Engineer who enjoys solving industrial challenges, building customer relationships and winning business through technical expertise—not by competing on price.

Your Role

• Develop new business across India.
• Meet Plant Heads, Production Managers, Purchase Teams and Consultants.
• Study customer processes and recommend the right screening solution.
• Conduct technical presentations and machine demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate and close orders.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business.
• Develop OEMs, distributors and strategic accounts.

Who Should Apply

• B.E./Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical or related Engineering.
• 8+ years of B2B Technical Sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Vibratory Separators, Vibro Sifters, Vibrating Screens, Screening Equipment, Pharmaceutical Machinery, Food Processing Equipment, Process Equipment or other Industrial Capital Equipment industries will be preferred.
