Senior Multinational Client Executive

Overview

In this role you will manage multinational service delivery for a portfolio, acting as the senior external service contact to brokers or clients. You will provide technical expertise on complex multinational programs, ensuring compliant designs and timely delivery across stakeholders. The role supports growth of AIG’s multinational fronting solutions and drives contract certainty through end-to-end processes.

You’ll collaborate with underwriting, distribution and legal teams to maintain SLAs, governance, and client experience while promoting cross-border risk management. This is a dynamic, client-facing position with a clear impact on global programs and risk management outcomes.

• Oversee multinational service delivery for assigned portfolio and uphold client experience
• Coordinate communication and project management across internal and external stakeholders through the program lifecycle
• Provide multinational technical guidance to underwriters for compliant program design and regulatory adherence
• Lead adoption of the End-to-End Multinational process to ensure roles, timelines, and high service performance
• Maintain service fee discipline using available tools and monitor SLAs
• Manage day-to-day service delivery, ensuring timely issuance of local policy and invoices
• Collaborate with Product Underwriters on facultative reinsurance approvals and compliant documentation
• Engage with multinational claims to develop bulletins/protocols and respond to inquiries
• Draft and obtain approvals for loss-sensitive legal documents with AIG counsel
• Escalate/escalate issues to meet agreed Multinational SLAs and serve as primary external contact to brokers/clients
• Coordinate client/program stewardship meetings with underwriting and distribution
• Ensure compliance across global fronting programs per Multinational Fronting guidelines and dual signature model
• Submit credit applications timely and manage risk documentation for credit analysis
• Work with credit and collateral teams to secure required security and collateral
• Coordinate High Limit Referrals with CUO and monitor reinsurance losses with the reinsurance division
• Monitor portfolio exposure and secure compliant security to avoid penalties
• Oversee cash-flow to captives with collections and reinsurance teams
• Complete Peer Reviews for the portfolio
• Drive profitable growth of the multinational fronting portfolio and contribute to strategy and market opportunities
• Represent AIG at external market events and support multinational growth, thought leadership, and training

• Significant commercial insurance experience, preferably client servicing
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs and reinsurance structures
• Experience with multinational corporations and senior client interaction
• Experience structuring and executing global fronting programs including captive and indemnity arrangements
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy: MS Outlook, Excel, Word
