As a Business Development Intern at VipraAITech, you will be responsible for connecting with student leads and guiding them toward the right career path through our training + internship programs. This role is a mix of learning + earning , where you will gain real-world sales experience while working directly on lead conversion. Key Responsibilities: Connect with student leads via calls, WhatsApp, and social media (DMs) Understand their career goals, problems, and challenges Explain our Full Stack + Gen AI programs in a simple way Follow up with interested candidates Convert leads into admissions Maintain basic lead tracking and updates What You Will Learn: Real-world sales & communication skills How to handle objections and close deals Understanding of EdTech industry Lead conversion strategies
