International Sales Specialist

Role: International Sales Specialist Location: Pune (On Site) Time: Night Shift Role Overview CureMeAbroad is seeking an International Sales Specialist to join our team with 3–5 years of experience in international markets, luxury sales, or high-value consultative roles. Own the end-to-end patient conversion journey from qualified lead to confirmed case while building, coaching, and scaling a frontline sales team. If you have sold to discerning, high-intent customers across geographies and know how to close with consultative precision and guide them to a yes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Lead and close high-ticket international patient cases across US, UK, and Australian markets Manage and mentor a team while setting targets, reviewing pipelines, and coaching for performance Build a consultative, trust-driven sales culture rooted in empathy and relationship depth Own the full patient journey from qualified lead through to confirmed booking and travel arrangement Design and refine pitch frameworks, objection-handling scripts, and follow-up sequences for the team Partner with founders on sales strategy, market expansion, and revenue targets Collaborate with marketing to align outbound campaigns with conversion-optimised messaging Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and reporting pipeline, conversion rates, revenue forecasting Eligibility & Requirements 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, high-value consultative sales, or premium financial services Demonstrated track record of closing large-ticket deals with high-net-worth or discerning international clients Outstanding English communication - written, verbal, and the ability to read a room Comfortable working night-aligned shifts to serve Western markets Based in Pune or ready to relocate - this is a fully onsite role Good to Have (Seriously Valued) Prior exposure to healthcare, medical tourism, or wellness sales Familiarity with US, UK, or GCC patient or consumer markets Experience with WhatsApp-based or AI-assisted sales workflows Comfort navigating emotionally sensitive, high-stakes conversations Why Join CureMeAbroad?
