Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client communication, order processing, and internal coordination. The role involves ensuring smooth sales operations and timely execution of orders. This is a coordination-focused role and does not involve field sales.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales activities Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation Coordinate with internal teams including production, dispatch, and accounts Track order status and update clients regularly Maintain sales records and update MIS reports Assist in resolving client queries and ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Graduate in any discipline — Commerce or Business preferred 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office roles Strong communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Experience in B2B industry is an advantage Exposure to CRM tools or sales tracking systems is a plus What We Offer Stable work from office environment No field sales involved — purely coordination focused Opportunity to grow in sales operations and support functions Collaborative and supportive team culture
