Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Intern role is based in Pune and is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in real estate sales. As a Sales Intern, you will assist in identifying potential leads, engaging with prospective clients, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
You will support the sales team in nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and participating in training sessions to develop sales strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in sales and real estate operations. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Understanding of Sales principles and strategies, with basic knowledge of Sales Management Willingness to learn and participate actively in Training programs to enhance competencies Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and adapt to a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (ongoing or completed) Self-motivation and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales objectives Familiarity with the real estate market in Pune is a plus
