What We're Looking For Prior experience in diamond jewellery sales is a must Strong sales track record with proven lead conversion skills Excellent communication in both English and Hindi Proficient in MS Office Quick learner who adapts fast to new products and processes Smart, well-groomed, and confident in client-facing settings Open to travelling for exhibitions and events Roles & Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into confirmed sales Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Understand customer requirements and suggest the right jewellery pieces accordingly Represent KaratKrafter at exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional events Follow up consistently on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions on MS Office Coordinate with the design and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment Deliver a premium and personalised client experience at every touchpoint
