Hiring for Mathematics Techer for IIT

• 3–10+ years of experience in teaching IIT-JEE Mathematics.
• Experience in reputed coaching institutes or integrated IIT programs is preferred.

Qualification

• M.Sc. Mathematics / Applied Mathematics (mandatory).
• B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
• graduates or candidates with exceptional IIT & JEE coaching experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to students preparing for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced).
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans and yearly academic schedules.
• Prepare study materials, assignments, worksheets, and practice tests.
• Conduct regular mock tests and analyze student performance.
• Provide doubt-clearing sessions and individual academic mentoring.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest IIT-JEE syllabus and examination trends.

Required Skills

• Strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts.
• Familiarity with IIT-JEE examination patterns and problem-solving techniques.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classrooms.
