About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including billing, reconciliations, payables, receivables, taxation support, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly employee salaries accurately and within the required timelines.
• Manage Provident Fund (PF) calculations, payments, filings, and related statutory compliance.
• Prepare client invoices as per the billing schedules and payment terms.
• Record and reconcile accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
• Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Review and process employee expense claims in line with company policies, ensuring proper documentation and approvals. 
• Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS.
• Support GST and TDS filings and related compliance.
• Assist the finance team with audits and other accounting tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good to have: the ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT.
