About the Role:

Satya Skin & Hair Solutions is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Skin & Hair Treatment Counsellor to join our team. If you have excellent counselling and sales skills with a customer-first approach, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct skin & hair consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans.
• Convert consultations into treatment packages through ethical counselling.
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate patient records in CRM.
• Coordinate with dermatologists and clinic staff for a seamless patient experience.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in counselling, sales, or the aesthetic/healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
