Role: Game Developer Education Domain Experience required: 6 to 8 years Location:- Mumbai Must Have Skills:- 1.Hands on exposure on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, Phaser JS 2.Exposure in developing immersive games using AR / VR / 360 VR 3.Good communication skills 6.Attitude to work and deliver with a virtually connected team 7.Relevant experience of at least 10+ years 8.Ability to lead a team of passionate developers Responsibilities:- To create and develop games, simulations with augmented reality, and virtual reality experiences for education.

To manage a team of enthusiastic developers who are eager to create innovative benchmarking games Facilitate effective communication with both internal and external development teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Interpret design and style guidelines from the design team and convert them into functional SCORM-compliant products, making sure they work well across different browsers, devices, and maintain optimal performance. To support process enhancements by introducing innovative concepts and advanced methodologies to optimize design and development activities This involves identifying opportunities for improvement within existing workflows and applying cutting-edge techniques or creative approaches to streamline operations.

Capability to leverage new technologies, industry best practices, and multidisciplinary strategies, teams can enhance productivity, reduce errors, and deliver higher quality outcomes. For example, implementing agile methodologies, automation tools, or collaborative platforms may foster more efficient communication and decision-making throughout project development. To remain updated with the current industry trend of game development, especially educational games To stay informed about the latest trends in game development, with a particular focus on educational games To address and resolve daily delivery escalations to uphold service level agreements (SLA) To contribute to the advancement of the product by providing valuable insights and experiences to both the product engineering and quality assurance teams.
