ELN Template Developer

Job Title: ELN Template Developer Location: India (Remote/Hybrid) Experience: 4–6 Years Shift: EST(6:30 PM- 3:30AM) Employment Type: Contract Job Description: We are looking for experienced ELN Template Developers to support a large-scale scientific template build initiative within an enterprise Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) platform. The ideal candidate should have experience configuring laboratory workflows, developing scientific templates, and supporting validation/documentation activities in pharma, biotech, or life sciences environments. Key Responsibilities Configure and build scientific assay workflows into ELN templates Translate laboratory procedures into standardized electronic workflows Create, modify, and maintain reusable templates/configurations Perform template testing, troubleshooting, and quality reviews Support validation and documentation activities Collaborate with global stakeholders and project teams Ensure compliance and consistency across template builds Required Skills Experience with ELN platforms such as Benchling, BIOVIA, LabWare, LabVantage, STARLIMS, etc.

Strong understanding of laboratory operations and assay workflows Experience in Pharma / Biotech / Life Sciences domain Exposure to validation activities and regulated environments (GxP/GMP) Good communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) Knowledge of SDLC and change management processes Experience working with globally distributed teams
