•Client Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will be the primary point of contact for high-level client communications, strategy meetings, and pitches. • Quality Control (QC): Ensure that all client deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time. Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold our commitment to excellence. • Strategy Development: Participate in and lead strategy meetings to align client objectives with actionable plans.
Your insights will help shape the direction of client campaigns and initiatives. • Client Communication and Service: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication. Address client concerns, offer solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction with our services. • Performance Metrics: Your success will be measured through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client retention, client satisfaction, and the collection of client retainer fees.
