But, we are hiring someone to BUILD a function. Phase 1 (0–6 months): You close. You own the number.
You prove the model. Phase 2 (6–12 months): You hire. You train.
You build the playbook. Phase 3 (12+ months): You lead. You scale.
You become Sales Head / Growth Lead. The person we hire today will have the first right to lead the sales team as we scale. This is not a promise — it is the plan.
What You Will Own Revenue (Day 1) → Close B2B deals end-to-end — outreach to closure → Self-generate your pipeline (LinkedIn, cold email, calls, field visits) → Target: ₹5L–₹10L in first 60 days Ecosystem Selling → Sell GPT Pen + Notebook + AI App as a single integrated solution → Pitch real use cases — not features Market Intelligence → Identify winning segments, pricing signals & objections → You are the voice of the market inside our team Team Building (Growth Phase) → Hire and onboard junior sales reps → Build sales playbooks and training processes → Drive team targets and accountability Target Segments → Schools, Colleges & Universities → Corporate L&D & Productivity Teams → Government & Institutional Buyers → Field Operations (real-time data digitization) Success Milestones 30 Days → Active pipeline built + first deals closed 60 Days → ₹5L–₹10L revenue + best-fit segment identified 6 Months → ₹15L–₹30L/month run rate + repeatable sales engine 12 Months → Team hired, trained & running under your leadership Who Should Apply ✔ 5–8 years in B2B sales / business development ✔ Proven track record of closing deals independently — non-negotiable ✔ Background in EdTech, SaaS, Hardware or Enterprise Sales ✔ Comfortable with full-cycle outbound + field sales ✔ Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory) | Telugu (good to have) ✔ Has mentored, guided, or managed junior team members ✔ High ownership mindset — energised by early-stage environments ✔ Wants to grow into a leadership role, not just hit a quota Why This Role is High Impact → Work directly with the founders — no layers, no politics → Own revenue AND the roadmap to build a team → Be among the first to sell a new product category in India → Uncapped incentives — high performers earn significantly more → Real path to Sales Head / Growth Lead as the company scales High performers will have the opportunity to build and lead the sales team as we scale Do Not Apply If ✘ You have only inside sales or support experience ✘ You have never independently closed a B2B deal ✘ You want a job with defined processes and a warm pipeline handed to you ✘ You are uncomfortable with hard targets and full ownership
