About the Role Lead the D2C ecommerce (Shopify) engine with full ownership of revenue and performance, while setting up and scaling the Q-commerce channel from scratch. Drive core levers like conversion and AOV, align closely with marketing, CX, and operations, and bring a sharp execution rhythm to ensure consistent growth. Apply hands-on D2C scaling experience to open up and build new growth channels like Q-commerce end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and publish the ecommerce scorecard: traffic → CVR → AOV → GMV; identify weekly actions. Drive weekly WBRs with clear actions, ownership, and timelines. Coordinate with agencies (Meta/Google/CRM/Creative) on briefs, budgets, experiments, and performance reporting.

Manage trade calendar: product launches, homepage & collection refreshes, pricing & promotional hygiene. Drive conversion, AOV, and onsite experience across PDPs, collections, and checkout. Manage basic Shopify functions—collection setup, promotions, and product updates.

Track inventory signals: top SKUs, OOS risks, and merchandising priorities. Work with Ops & CX teams to reduce RTOs, improve checkout experience, and ensure smooth deliveries. Build and scale the Q-commerce channel from scratch by onboarding platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart, and defining assortment, pricing, and merchandising strategy.

Set up and streamline Q-commerce operations including supply flow and inventory planning, while driving visibility, discoverability, and growth across platforms. Must-Have 2–4 years working brand-side at a D2C company (not only agencies or marketplaces). Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin (products, collections, pricing, and promotions).

Exposure to Q-commerce (worked on it or closely with it at a brand level). Strong communication and comfort working with numbers (targets, deltas, timelines). Ownership mindset and ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.

Success in 90 Days Improve CVR by +0.3–0.5 pp on top PDPs and increase AOV by 10% through offers or bundling. Reduce RTO (COD) to ≤12% through improved confirmation and NDR processes. Successfully launch Q-commerce channel (0→1 setup).
