Job Description
Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for digital marketing solutions - Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Corporate Video Shoots, Animation Projects, website design and development etc. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and referrals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals profitably. 2. New Client Acquisition (B2B Sales) Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and industry events .
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting. Collaborate with inhouse marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and campaigns . 3.
Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, CEOs, Marketing Heads). Understand client pain points and propose tailored digital marketing solutions . Ensure high customer satisfaction to drive renewals and upsell opportunities. 4.
Market & Competitor Analysis Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies . Provide feedback to the product/marketing team for service improvements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly/Quarterly Revenue Targets New Client Acquisition Rate Conversion Rate (Lead to Customer) Average Deal Size & Sales Cycle Length Customer Retention & Upsell Rate Skills Required Strong B2B sales & negotiation skills Deep understanding of digital marketing solutions Excellent communication & presentation skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality Must have worked with a reputed Digital Marketing Agency in Pune.
