Job Description: Brand Content Manager Role Overview- Pay10 is looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to serve as the custodian of our brand voice. You will be responsible for ensuring that every touchpoint communicates our value proposition with clarity, consistency, and flair. You will bridge the gap between product, sales, and marketing, ensuring a seamless brand experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Planning & Agency Management ● Strategy & Execution: Develop a robust social media roadmap that aligns with Pay10’s business goals (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and Facebook). ● Agency Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies. Brief them on campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality output. 2. Brand Governance & Guidelines ● Brand Guardrails: Ensure all visual and written communication strictly adheres to Pay10’s brand guidelines. ● Consistency: Audit internal and external assets to maintain a unified "Look and Feel" across all departments. 3. Product & UX Content ● Microcopy: Craft intuitive, clear, and engaging copy for App screens and User Interfaces to improve the user journey. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Design teams to ensure that the brand’s tone of voice is reflected within the product ecosystem. 4. Sales Enablement & Corporate Communication ● Sales Support Decks: Design and write pitch decks, product one-pagers, and brochures that empower the sales team. ● B2B Content: Create whitepapers, case studies, and corporate presentations that position Pay10 as a thought leader in the fintech space. 5.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing ● Campaign Content: Conceptualize and write copy for CRM journeys, including Emailers, Push Notifications, and SMS. ● Retention: Use storytelling to drive user engagement and reduce churn through personalized communication. Qualifications & Skills ● Experience: Ideally 4–7 years in Brand Management, Content Strategy, or Copywriting (Fintech or SaaS experience is a major plus). ● Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, sales collateral, and UI/UX writing. ● Aesthetic Sense: A keen eye for design; ability to provide constructive feedback on layouts and visuals. ● Tools: Familiarity with Figma (for app copy), Canva/Adobe Suite (for review), and flow of CRM tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or CleverTap
