Marketing Manager Job Title: Marketing Manager – B2B Marketing Job Code: Department: B2B Marketing Reporting to: Regional / Senior Manager B2B Marketing Location: Role Summary : The Marketing Manager – B2B is responsible for leading and executing the company’s B2B Marketing strategy , building strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to expanding market share and achieving Marketing targets in the tourism and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients and expand the company’s business network. Drive Marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase market share and revenue. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel agencies, corporate clients, and business partners . Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Marketing targets as per company goals. Monitor Marketing performance and analyse market trends to optimize business strategies.
Implement pricing strategies and Marketing promotions to drive conversions. Ensure daily Marketing reporting and accurate data management.ad, mentor, and motivate a team of B2B Marketing executives and assistant managers . Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and Marketing skills.
Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback , and drive productivity. Promote a high-performance Marketing culture with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention . Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients , ensuring strong relationships.
Handle high-value negotiations and resolve client concerns efficiently. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews . Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities .
Provide insights to senior management to improve Marketing strategies and offerings. Recommend product and service improvements based on customer feedback. Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Align Marketing strategies with marketing campaigns for better lead conversion. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in the tourism and hospitality sector. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding Marketing targets. Experience with CRM tools, Marketing analytics, and reporting.

Proficiency in travel management systems (CRS, GDS such as Amadeus/Sabre, or similar platforms). Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
