Job Summary:-

Responsible for monitoring & supervising the team and ensure that revenue is generated through repeat and new business in the field of BTL & Events 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-

Core duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Motivate the Client service team to derive positive sales result.
• Delegating tasks to the team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of deliverables and project requisites.
• Look for new business opportunity.
• To strategize & plan for handling the clients on regular basis.
• Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenarios and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business cases to the client and involvement in the preparation of proposals.
• Conduct and assist in brainstorming, ideation, and design development of creatives for our clients.
• Coordinating with vendors and Vendors Pan India
• Coordinating with internal Field Team
• Making Recce reports / Estimates / Installation Reports
• Understanding of various Printing media will be added advantage
• Coordinating for artworks and approvals
• Understanding various artwork formats (Jpeg / Tiff / PSD / CDR)
• Work in tandem with Operations team and Design Team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality with positive impact ton Clients
• Prepare and submit execution plan for new ideas and implement approved ones.
