Distribution management and material handling. Strategic planning and implementation of effective sales in assigned territory.

Managing and Handling Distribution activities like warehousing, purchase order, smooth and on time transportation. To maintain the WOD coverage & penetration level (DOD) based on company strategy & competition To maintain the stock level as per company Guidelines & market requirements Ensuring Liaising in between distributors and retailers for effective sales process Define & update the WOD category management on regular basis Ensure all the Company Policies execution at distribution level for internal & market (Market Hygiene & Standards) Submit the business Improvement plan on Monthly basis & update summary on weekly basis for the same Prepare the advance requirement & investment for KA Additional Required Skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
