Operations Manager

Position Name - MANAGER - FUND OPERATIONS Location - Byculla Experience Range - 5+ Yrs Mandatory Requirement: Strong understanding of AIF structures, fund accounting and operations Experience in handling Category I/II AIFs preferred Knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance frameworks Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS Strong stakeholder management and communication skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Job Roles and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end fund operations including capital calls, distributions, and investor onboarding Oversee NAV calculation, fund accounting, and reconciliation processes Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF regulations and other applicable guidelines Coordinate with custodians, trustees, auditors, and fund administrators Monitor fund cash flows, expenses, and investment tracking Review financial statements, investor reports, and MIS Handle audit processes (internal, statutory) and regulatory filings Drive process improvements and automation for operational efficiency Lead and mentor the operations team Qualification and Experience: Prior experience with real estate / private equity / venture capital funds Exposure to fund setup and structuring will be an added advantage
