Overview
In this role you will manage client monies within a property portfolio, ensuring accurate cash handling across rents, service charges, sinking funds, deposits and VAT. You will hold ultimate responsibility for funds across your clients’ portfolios and work as part of the Commercial Property Management finance team. You contribute to financial controls, accuracy, and investor-facing accounting in a large real estate portfolio.
