Assistant Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a consultant – Oracle Fusion Financials & AI to join our Oracle Cloud practice in India. The role combines hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience with practical exposure to Oracle’s Agentic AI / Fusion AI Studio platform.

You will work with senior consultants and client stakeholders to:

• Perform QA reviews and health checks on Oracle Fusion implementations
• Design and build AI use cases for Finance using Oracle’s AI / agentic platform
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, POVs, and demos for Oracle-led opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Health Checks
• Perform functional and configuration reviews for Oracle Fusion Financials (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)
• Review setup, integrations, data, and controls to identify design or configuration gaps
• Prepare health check reports, risk / issue logs, and recommendation backlogs
• Support UAT, regression testing, and cutover validation for finance tracks
• AI Use Cases & Fusion AI Studio / Agentic Platform
• Work with finance SMEs and architects to identify AI/agentic use cases (e.g., close acceleration, anomaly detection, reconciliations, working capital insights)
• Design and configure AI skills/agents, prompts, and workflows using Oracle Fusion AI / AI Studio / agentic tools
• Support data preparation, evaluation, and refinement of AI use cases to improve accuracy and usability
• Prepare demos, storyboards, and documentation for client showcases
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementations
• Participate in end-to-end Fusion Financials implementations, including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Document BRDs/FRDs, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and user guides
• Support data migration validation (opening balances, subledger data, COA structures, etc.)
• Provide post–go-live support and continuous improvement inputs
• Proposals, RFPs & Thought Leadership
• Contribute to technical and functional sections of proposals and RFP responses for Oracle Fusion and AI-led opportunities
• Build standard accelerators: slides, checklists, heatmaps, and templates for QA and AI use cases
• Support internal POVs, case studies, and collateral showcasing Oracle Fusion + AI capabilities
• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
• Work closely with onshore/offshore teams, architects, and project managers to deliver engagements
• Participate in client workshops, status updates, and design walkthroughs
• Continuously upgrade skills on new Oracle Fusion and AI features / releases

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, including configuration and support in at least two or more modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)
• End-to-end implementation experience:
• At least one full lifecycle Fusion Cloud implementation (from design to go-live) in a functional / techno-functional capacity
• Working knowledge of Oracle’s Agentic AI / Fusion AI Studio / Fusion AI platform, including:
• Understanding of AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows in Oracle context
• Exposure to designing or testing AI-driven use cases in finance or adjacent domains
• Strong foundation in core finance processes:
• Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), asset accounting, and period close
• Ability to analyze configurations, data, and business processes and articulate findings clearly
• Strong documentation skills (PPT, Excel, Word) and comfort working in structured consulting environments
• Mandatory: Prior working experience with Accenture, a Big 4 firm, or a large global Systems Integrator (SI) on Oracle or ERP/cloud transformation engagements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with business and IT teams

Preferred / Good to Have

• Oracle Cloud Certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud, Enterprise Performance Management, or Oracle AI-related certifications)
• Experience with:
• AI / GenAI tools (within or outside Oracle) for building POCs or demos
• Testing tools or QA frameworks for cloud ERP
• Working in consulting firms or system integrators on Oracle Cloud engagements
• Prior experience contributing to RFPs, solution decks, or pre-sales demos
