Deputy Manager - NRI Operations

Job Description:

• Handling end-to-end NRI account opening, modification, and maintenance cases (NRE/NRO accounts).
• Handling NRI trade file reporting to the tie up banks.
• Remitting payout for foreign or national clients & ensuring regulations has been met for payouts.
• Taking care of NRI taxation & tax related queries.
• Ensuring strict adherence to FEMA, PMLA, FATCA, and CRS standards.
• Coordinating with internal teams, partner banks, and relationship managers/dealers to resolve processing bottlenecks within target turnaround times (TAT).
• Maintaining accurate Management Information System (MIS) trackers for pending and completed cases.
• Having knowledge in FATCA/ CRS compliance & processing.
• Managing any other NRI operations related activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or Business Administration with 4 - 5 years of back-office /operations experience.
• Sound understanding of RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, Taxation and NRI products.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, data sanctity maintenance and good written/verbal communication.
