Mechanical Technician (Relocation to Belgium) - Poznan

Our client specializes in industrial drive technology and is known for its technical expertise, high-quality service, and family-oriented working environment. To strengthen their workshop team, they are looking for a hands-on technician with a passion for mechanics.

As a Mechanical technician, you will be responsible for repairing, overhauling, and maintaining a wide range of industrial components and equipment.
Your tasks include:

• Disassembling and assembling mechanical components
• Overhauling electric motors, gear units, pumps, and drive systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults
• Performing maintenance and repair work
• Carrying out technical inspections and functional tests
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workshop
• Collaborating closely with fellow technicians and the workshop supervisor

Conditions

• Fully legal employment in accordance with Belgian regulations, including social security, health insurance, and accrual of Belgian pension rights.
• Competitive salary depending on skills and experience (according to official rates or agreements with the client): €18 - €20/hour.
• Meal vouchers worth €8 per worked day (€140 – €150/month).
• Comfortable high-standard accommodation: furnished apartments with single rooms, including utilities (water, gas, electricity) and unlimited internet (~weekly cost €90, in line with market prices).
• Annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross salary (around €1,600 net, paid once a year).
• Holiday allowance – 15.38% of annual gross salary (around €4,500 net, paid once a year).

• Transport provided, depending on the distance between accommodation and workplace.

Profile

• You have strong mechanical knowledge or relevant experience
• Experience as a technician, mechanic, or maintenance technician is a major advantage
• You enjoy practical, hands-on work

• You are able to work independently while also functioning well within a team
