Business Analyst ( Business Systems Analyst) /CEL

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business & Systems Analyst to support the development and enhancement of systems used in Network Deployment and Site Management processes. In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, analyze requirements, drive documentation activities, support testing and releases, and help deliver solutions related to mobile network expansion and passive infrastructure management.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process descriptions, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Analyze the impact of changes on business processes, integrations, reports, historical data, and user workflows.
• Support UAT activities and help manage change requests and defect reporting in Jira.
• Create and maintain project documentation in Confluence.
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver effective business solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business & Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Very good command of Polish and communicative English.(min B2)
• Availability to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of Network Deployment, Site Management, Passive Inventory, Rollout, Site Acquisition, or related operational processes.
• Familiarity with modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect, Visio, or draw.io.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information

Hybrid work: occasional visits to the client's office in Warsaw.
