About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of assisting in architectural design, drafting, 3D modeling, and architectural rendering. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and can work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, document the requirements, and presentation drawings.

Develop accurate 3D models for design visualisation.

Produce high-quality architectural renders for presentations and client meetings.

Assist in design development and project documentation.

Coordinate with the design team and incorporate feedback into drawings and models.

Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Mandatory Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Proficiency in SketchUp.

Proficiency in architectural rendering software such as Twinmotion, Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, or equivalent.

Ability to create realistic architectural renders.

Good understanding of architectural drawings and detailing.

Strong attention to detail and visualization skills.

Willingness to learn new software, workflows, and design approaches.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
