The studio offers Reformer Pilates, equipment-based workouts (Chair, Ladder Barrel, Cadillac), and Mat Pilates to build strength, improve posture, enhance mobility, and support long-term functional fitness. Role Description The Pilates Studio Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for overseeing daily studio operations and ensuring a premium client experience. This role includes managing class schedules, coordinating instructors, and supervising front desk and support staff to maintain smooth studio functioning. The manager will handle client inquiries, membership processes, and feedback, while fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities also involve driving studio sales and membership growth, supporting marketing initiatives, and organizing wellness events and brand collaborations. The role requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service, as well as monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements to enhance studio efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members and to deliver a high-quality studio experience.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership and basic Project Management skills to coordinate staff, manage schedules, and oversee events and operational initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including membership sales and upselling studio services, to support revenue growth and client retention.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality management; familiarity with Pilates or group fitness environments; and comfort using scheduling and CRM software.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, hospitality, sports management, or a related field, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.
