We're looking for experienced Presales & Solutions Consultants with a strong background in Customer Service, Service Desk, or Customer Experience (CX) to join a leading global organization.
Location: Bangalore / Pune
Experience: 8–15 Years
⏳ Notice Period: 30–60 Days
Key Skills:
✅ Customer Service / Customer Experience / Service Desk expertise (Mandatory)
✅ Presales & Solution Consulting experience
✅ Experience with RFPs, RFIs, Proposal Creation, Solutioning, and Client Presentations
✅ Exposure to Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Automation, or CX Transformation initiatives
✅ Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
Preferred Exposure:
- Solution Architecture & Business Consulting
- Customer Experience (CX) Solutions
- AI-driven Transformation
- Cloud & Automation Technologies
- Platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, Genesys, NICE, Verint, CallMiner, Observe.AI, Uniphore, or similar
