Company Description Communicare Special Education is building India's only Neurodevelopmental platform through our EduVention™ schools for neurodivergent children. We currently have three schools in Mumbai and one in Kerala.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining records, and organizing files and documentation. The role involves answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing professional front-office support to team members, families, and external partners.
The role needs the individual to be fluent in written and spoken English.
The Administrative Assistant will assist with executive and program-related administrative tasks, prepare basic reports, support event and training logistics, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the school.
The position requires consistent on-site presence to support educators, parents and management in delivering uninterrupted services.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing records, documentation, and day-to-day office operations.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with families, staff, and external partners.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (such as MS Office, email, and spreadsheets) and comfort with office equipment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a school or clinical setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when handling information about children and families.
- Previous experience in an educational, special education, or healthcare environment is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a certificate or degree in administration, education, or a related field is preferred.
