USI-CTS Oracle Cloud Quality+ALM Functional Manager

About the role

Lead the Quality and ALM functional initiatives within Oracle Cloud, driving process improvements and ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with business objectives at USI Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Quality and ALM processes to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ALM solutions supporting Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Define and implement quality assurance strategies aligned with project goals and organizational standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to maintain quality benchmarks.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality and ALM expectations.

Required skills and experience

• Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud Quality and ALM functional areas.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and ALM processes in Oracle Cloud environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
• Experience with process optimization and quality control in large, complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and integration of ALM tools in Agile processes.
• Certification related to Quality Management or Oracle Cloud solutions.
